Travel
By plane
Newcastle Airport is located about eight miles north west of the conference venue.
The city centre is connected to the airport by Metro line, and it’s a 25 minute journey from the airport to city centre.

By train
Newcastle Central Station is a 10 minute walk from the conference venue.
By car
Newcastle is easily accessible by road via the A1 from the north and south and the A69 from the west. Parking available at The Garage at The Helix (multi-storey car park), NE4 5TF- accessible from Corporation Street.

If you require accommodation, you will need to book yourself. We have acquired a discounted price through the Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel. This is a 3 minute walk from both the conference venue and conference dinner.

For additional guests per room, there would be a +£10 per adult per night supplement to cover the breakfast costs.

Parking is available off-site at the Q-Park on Stowell Street, NE1 4YB. It is discounted for guests and is £15 per vehicle per 24 hours.
